Our client purchased this house on the lake for a great price since it was so outdated. Badger came in and did a complete renovation from top to bottom and inside out.
We knocked down walls to open up the kitchen and dining room then created a spacious laundry area. We replaced all the flooring and stripped down the walls to the studs putting up fresh drywall and painting it a contemporary gray.
The exterior was refreshed with a new roof, paint and windows – the previous windows had outdated diagonal grills that obstructed the beautiful lake views.
